We are as Awam Dost Apartments working to address homelessness and lack of affordable housing in Pakistan by providing 500,000 apartments / homes annually to vulnerable families affected by poverty, unemployment, and natural disasters.

Objectives:

1. Provide permanent housing to unemployed, homeless, poor, orphaned, and deserving individuals and families in Pakistan.
2. Offer apartments at rates 80% lower than the market average, increasing accessibility for those in need.
3. Alleviate residential challenges faced by disadvantaged communities, promoting social welfare and sustainable development.

Key activities include:

• - Identifying suitable locations for construction based on community needs.
• - Collaborating with local authorities and stakeholders to acquire land and necessary permits.
• - Engaging reputable contractors to build high-quality apartments within budget and timeline constraints.
• - Implementing transparent allocation processes to distribute apartments to deserving families.

Target beneficiaries: Unemployed, homeless, poor, orphaned, and deserving individuals and families in Pakistan who cannot afford housing. Priority given to widows, orphans, disabled individuals, and low-income earners.
